I started it up today for the first time... So far i can't hear the v-2 at all... I tell you one thing... that walbro 255 inline is a noisy racket though, and i have heard that it is fairly quite compared to the t-rex

It idled better then it ever has... I assume that the forced air helped do that?

That's because the pump is right under the rear seat and its not in the tank. I have the Vortech T-Rex and it's noisey too. Put your rear seats down and the noise will double.

Chris, I bought the AFM power pipe from Troy (Redsnk95) and that's where it was. I've never had a problem.
