So it took 21 days, my new master cylinder came in yesterday. So I bench bled it, installed it, bled the brakes on the car and then took it out for a shake down.
After I burned the rust off the front rotors, it stops 100x better then before. No more mushy "fox" brakes. I'm still tweaking my prop. valve some, but as of right now. It was worth the effort.
