Looks good.. How hard is it to hide the wiring under the hood? Did you delete anything from under the hood to clean it up? I would like to do the same to my car. I don't have ac smog or egr anymore , so that's alot of crap gone.

Rick will be doing all of it. Aiming for high 500whp atleast. Ysi trim will go on if I ever get bored of this. I was happy with 420 on the street.. so I should be good.

My battery, starter solenoid, ect are hidden. Nothing else is really deleted. Harness is still oem length.

rick is doing everything. i sent off the last parts to him for assembly on friday.

i decided im going to swap over to a tko600, manual steering, and meziere wp too. so all that will be coming before the engine goes in too.

money is already tight enough, but i dont want to wish i did anything else when its running again.

Looks like some great progress and I also like your idea with the manual rack, when I pull my engine, I think that I will do the same thing, plus I'm sure it'll free up some ponies...

progress been slow lately, but i got more crap i didn't need. here is a break down.. been having issues finding correct pistons for the shortblock, think that is finally overcome so progress will start moving quickly now.

i found this guy locally and ended up getting it for free in the end.. maximum motorsports k-member and flaming river manual rack/shaft.

bought this last weekend, pretty happy with this. replaced my tr3550 with short first and .82 overdrive, with this tko600. it has a couple internal tweeks, .64 overdrive and the tall first gear. nice crossmember i got for it with the mm k-member, quicktime bellhousing is coming too. sent out the supertwin clutch discs for re-splining so i should be SET for my driveline finally.

lastly, spent some more time inside the car. finished up putting interior back together, rehab'd the map pockets for a nice clean factory look . finished up my "hidden" speakers in the doors by covering it with black speaker cloth. then installed bullit pedals.

pretty proud of where it's at. been alot of work, alot of hours and stress. still got some details to take care of, overspray to clean up.. but it's real close to awaiting the longblock.

my new 11' kinda took some of my drive away from this. new engine is not going as planned, so i've done lots of other things.

new wheel hubs, new door hinges, new alarm hidden, re-wrapped all my wiring harnesses, did a little more sound deadening, got my ceramic lts and 3" exhaust parts here, interior put back together.

car is finally back on the ground. think im out of things i want/need to do for the most part now.
