Anyone got a pic of a 99-04 with projectors? I think they might look ugly but that's probably the way to go if i'm going to get HIDS, i just wanted to see the way they look first. If they're ugly i'll just risk blinding people

They are very cheap projectors...and the quality it not up to par with OEM projector headlights for HID's

Still, they do cast a cut-off line better than the OEM light...even if they look like butt during the day.

I have an idea. You know those sunglasses that tint on their own in sunlight? WHy can't they make headlights like that?? During the day, the lens tints up so it looks like a smoked headlamp hiding the ugly projectors inside. When night falls, the sun sets and the lens returns to clear and you can turn on your lights normally

uh, you might want to re-read what you just said...

If light makes them tint out.. then at night when you turn on your headlights, they will darken with the light too.

I believe the glasses are only effected by UV light which is why they're not effected by incadecent bulbs indoors. And quite the reverse, the auto-dimming mirrors that don't dim with sunlight but do with headlights.

Mustang5L5, I think you're on to something, my friend
