Proper rim offset for an 02 GT?

So im looking at purchasing some wheels. Rota D2's which are perfect SSR professors (knock offs) in an 18 x 10 in the back and 18 x 9 up front. What offset in the rear would give me deep dish lips, but not make the rim stick out too far?

i belleve you would need a 6.5" back spacing. i think the offset is liek 34mm+

so stock is a 34+ offset? So what is the craziest offset I can run? Without a spacer, If the rim is 18 x 10?
