I have been looking around for a few upgrades. I have seen the pullie sets. I have seen what the makers have to say about them now i want to know what you guys/girls think.

What does a decent set cost?
How do they work?
How much performace increase do you see?
Are they are hard put on?

Steeda or ASP makes the best pulleys for our cars since they have a built in dampener in the crank pulley so you don't have to piggyback the stock crank pulley like BBK and March(older ones) do...you can get a set of Steeda's on Ebay for around $160...

March just came out with a new fluid dampened set but they are more expensive than the Steedas...so I'd just stick with the steeda's...

I had pullies awhile back in my 95 gt and it really did add a decent amount of grunt. But my question to all of you is, how can you tell if you already have them? Because when I bought my 99 cobra the seller said it had underdrive pulleys, but Im used to seeing the polished ones not the black ones? I have also heard pullies do not do as much for you as they did with the old 5.0's.
