I have a 351W with AFR 185 heads going on. I'm trying to buy a pushrod length checker, but don't know what range to get.

Summit lists them (inches):

7.5-8.7
6.125-7.5
8.5-9.8
9.7-11
10.2-11.5

Which set do I need to get? Its a hydraulic roller conversion if that matters.

Get a stock pushrod and get a check one that covers a bit either side.

I would, but I can't find them, probably ended up in the can.

I have a ton of 5.0L pushrods sitting around, but only had one 5.8L pushrod.

Buy the 6.125 to 7.5 one, it applies to all small block ford v-8's. I have one myself and is very useful. After you find the length you need, buy a set of hardened ones, especially if you gave guideplates.

For a 9.48"-9.5" deck SOILD ROLLER 351W you want the 7.5-8.7 and you will be in the 8.3" range or so..not sure how much the Hyd roller will change things, I usually build SOLID ROLLER 351 strokers.

If you need a 8.35" I have a set that I will get rid of, brand new Trick Flow. I had a customer that went from a stud mount to a Shaft mount rocker so he needed a shorter pushrod.

The 6.125"-7.5" is for a 8.2 deck 302, hyd or solid.
