pushrod length

im puttin 289hipo heads on a 90 302 will i need different pushrods or will stock length pushrods still work?

I believe the heads are shorter then the stock E7, it would be best to mock it up to see if the stock pushrod will work. If they are too short or too long buy a adjustable pushrod to help you accurately determine what length you need.

I had a pushrod checker that i got for like $8. i think i left it at my mechanics though but that way, your gonna be accurate.
