Pushrod question.

61cc tw head. Is it ok to run stock pushrods w/ crane 1.6 rockers? Or should i measure it out? Stock HO block

Always measure. Besides, you didn't give enough information in the OP to even make a guess at the correct answer.

Stock shortblock with stock cam! Crane 1.6 rockers, 61cc tw heads. What else is needed?

You'll probably be ok. I ran stock pushrods with roller 1.6s with an aftermarket cam, stock pistons, and milled AFR165s and I had no problems. You certainly won't have any PTV clearance issues.
