Thanks "Darkness" Paul for the help :nice: .....Was having problems with inconcistent shifting, sometimes there was play in the clutch pedal and sometimes none.Sometimes it was real hard to put into gear and sometimes impossible,so I thought it might be the clutch cable,I couldnt hit a gear for nothing sat night ,I missed 2nd gear, took for ever on third and still ran 12.4 at 113mph.But I was missing gears all night long well until 10pm....They kicked me out again and said I was still 93.4 decibles in the right lane and 91.3 in the left.. Anyway when I went to take off the old cable and realized were they mounted it to the fender well the screw was loose and the cable had alot of play in it,so i'm hoping that was the problem. But put the new cable in and it feels great,i'll have to drive it for a few days and see if it stays in adjustment. So far so good. Thanks again Darkness for coming over to my house 1:00AM and helping me.....I had the steeda aluminium quadrant upside down...oooops  ..Well I hope this did the trick...it feels good now!!!! :flag:

What are you going to do about the noise level now? Did you notice a difference in the sound level after the cats were installed?

I know someone who may want a O/R X=pipe :D

That 90db limit is horse-feces :notnice:

I'm just going to leave the cats on for a while until I want to go deaf some more  ,the power still felt good and its alot quieter,I dont care what the track says, although they were nice about it when I went to the tower and complained ,they let me take another run in the quiet lane ,but still didnt pass. ...I wonder who wants the x-pipe :D .....LOL

Let me know if it makes a difference after a few days still, I am having the same problem with my clutch at times. Sometimes does not want to go into first or third. Often times it feels real loose.
Ok Jessie,I'll let you know.So far it feels better then it ever did.In traffic today on the way to work it didnt get hard to put in gear and it almost always did "recently" anyway in traffic or cruising in a parking lot trying to find a place to park ,when I was working the clutch off and on was when it was most noticible and at the track of course. :D So knock on wood so far so good..the clutch feels very consistent.I'll let you know for sure though Jessie in a couple more days.

the DQ show what time is it and do i bring the nice looking car the the faster car that looks like poo

They start letting cars in at 1:00pm, but it does not offically start until 3:00. I understand it is around the north side of the buildings this year because of the construction near the DQ.
