Some local kid had a set of flowmaster mufflers on craigslist, I scooped them up day and installed them this afternoon. Pretty straightforward as most of you know, I backed the car up on ramps to make it a little easier.
The only thing is, that damn bolt that secures the hangar bracket that is located conveniently in between the muffler and the frame, with about .00005mm of space to work with.
In order to make it work (especially on the passenger side), I was on my back, knee holding the muffler in place and moving the bracket into place with my hands...so my daughter could stick her hand in there and thread the bolt. Hey...whatever works
The mufflers sound great, definitely louder than stock but nowhere near annoying loud, just that extra bit of rumble I was looking for. I looked online and they are $300 new, I got them for $225 so a fair price I think. Besides that I got it tinted yesterday, definitely adds to the "blacked out" look. I was scoping some second hand lowering springs on here in the classifieds, I think that will be next. Gotta say I love the car thus far. It's a sweet ride!

I gotta drive with my tinted windows up!
Looks good...I have debated the tinting a lot lately with summer coming on and gets over 110 here... Still I hate tickets so I can't go as dark as I want
