Looks good.

I just did the same thing last night. Had two -12AN bungs welded to my valve covers, bought two summit 90 degree AN fittings for 16 bucks each (nice fittings), 6 feet of russell proflex braided hose for $50 (more than enough hose), a moroso tank with two 12AN bungs for $95 and two mr. gasket shadow series 45 degree fittings for 12 bucks each (on sale, reg $30 each).

I'm into into it about $250

I have a dual inlet vented breather tank like that on mine. I did it the quick/cheap way and used 5/8" heater hose. I mounted mine inside the passengers side fender where the air silencer would have been with the factory air box. Out of site.
