Putting a 460 in my stang

I'm want ing to put a 460 in my 95. It had a v-6 in it(motor is deaded) Any info on what I need to doas far as cutting, Suspension? Would really be helpful. Actually any info on it would be helpful.

Tell me more about your budget...how much are you looking (can afford) to spend. What I would recommend if your working with 10grand will be alot differant from what I would recommend on a budget build-up.
