Pypes Catback SOUNDCLIP Coming

Clips need to be of the car under a load...

Revving it in a parking lot doesnt help anyone know how it sounds.

Honestly, video clips are practically worthless for getting a real idea of how an exhaust sounds. Unfortunately, the only truly accurate way to compare 'em is in person, either by buying a few different setups over time and switching 'em out yourself, or getting a bunch of Mustang buddies together and having 'em take you for a spin in a car with each setup.

Y'all know me as a long-time Pypes Violator nut, and I still stand by that preference for muffs. Throw 'em behind an off-road X-pipe with stock or shorty headers, and with 2.5" tailpipes ... I like. When you go throwing 'em on behind other stuff, though, like a cat'ed X or stock H-pipe or a set of longtubes ... meh. They have a very similar design to Magnaflows and Dynomax Ultra-Flows, but the Violators have a much more distinctive rasp to 'em that I like - the other two are just a bit too muted for me.

I'll gladly trade you the stock Y-pipe, muffler, and tail from my '84 for your Violator cat-back. :D
