whats the difference between these 2 exhausts? i see that one has turn down pipes and the other doesnt, but i'm wondering why such a drastic price difference.

It's just the tailpipes. The price is drastically off because LMR made pricing mistake on both. The system with the 3" tips is too expensive and the system with the downturn tails is priced too low. We let them know and they are going to fix it soon.
