Well I purchased a Pypes catted X-pipe for short tube headers off Ebay. Total cost 279.90 to my door from BlueOvalIndustries.

Took me 3.5hrs to install with basic handtools by myself. Fits pretty darn good. The biggest PITA was the tube from the air pump. It needed to be bent in a few places and I ended up hacking off about 2" from the tube. I then used some high temp hose to seal the connection. Modding the air pump tube took 1/2 of the install time.

It weighs less than the stocker. The instructions say 40lb weight loss but I did not verify. Also, the X-pipe does not use the hanger from the transmission mount. So, I just used a floor jack to hold it in place and tightened down all the bolts. Ground clearance is the same as the stocker.

There is no doubt that there is a X-pipe under my car now. It sounds totally different than the H-pipe. At idle the exhaust sound is still pretty quiet.

Can't wait to get to the track and see what happens

I'm glad that yours fit well. I bought an X-pipe directly from them at the WFC for long tube headers and the fitment was horrible (I was told it would fit like a glove). I had to cut the whole thing up to get it to fit.
