Q's for 69 guys with 70 bolt in glass.

GOT A FEW QUESTIONS ON THE BOLTIN GLASS SWAP I DID TODAY. I JUST DID THE DRIVERS SIDE SO FAR(THE ONE THAT FELL OFF THE TRACK). IT WON'T ROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN. I USED THE (sorry about the caps) anyway, i used the 69 regulator and i think the 70 regulator is different, is that true? everything else works great.

also where can i get a set of window seals for a 70. the ones that go between the front and rear glass that go on the quarter window. i haven't found repos. thanks..

when i did mine, i had the same problem, it turned out to be the rubber bump stop, afetr i trimmed it about 1/2" the window went all the way down, check that first, as far as the window seals they are being re-produced now, i think daniel carpenter is making them, the chrome piece is different story, check on 70 cougars as they don't seem to picked over as well at the boneyards
