Q's on mid-pipe

how much quieter is X pipe with cats on compere to O/R X?
I have BBK O/R sitting on my shed that I took off of my car while back, because it was just way too loud for me. I want to put it on, because if power gain, but I do not want the sound. So i figure if I put cats on it, it'll be quieter

hmm.. it will be less loud and a little different in tone...

i heard my set up (in sig) vs. bbk o/r X + magnaflow (not pack) and mine was louder due to pack.. couldn't really tell about the x pipe...

friend has a bbk off road x with magnaflow catback.. not loud at all.
