My brother inlaw and his buddies from the Super Coupe club are bringing their blown V6 Land barges there so I will be going as well. This time I have vowed to bring good tires and no excuses.
Anyone else want to go and hang out?

Come on now, we are all Ford guy's.
Besides how can someone make fun of you for having 2 more pistons then they do?
Unless you race them and they beat you.

These are a good group of guy's and some of them actually own V8 cars as well.

Easy there son, I had issues that night (excuses) belt slippage, traction.
If we would have had the other 1/8th mile to go, it might have been a different story.
Besides, I would expect that motor to do well, the dang thing cost more then my whole car!

you know what they say, "no replacement for displacement"


I have a new crank pulley setup, I'm seeing 2 to 3 more psi of boost now.
maybe it's time for a re-match?

My plans changed, I won't be going out of town this weekend. So I'll come down on friday night and watch some racing. Again though, I won't be racing.

I bought some new wheels and tires and probably will only race if I can borrow Pierre's cheater slicks (hint hint).

Nope Bill, since I'm not going, I took back my saturday shift, from 2-10 and am only going to take sunday off instead of friday-sunday.
