Question about 03 svt cobra wheels

Ok, I just bought a set of 03' svt cobra wheels to put on my 89' that is four lug right now. I dont have the wheels yet but I went and picked up a set of 5 lug rotors from the auto parts store that are made for a mark VII lsc. And on the way home it occured to me that the wheels might not work (I did not do any reasurch before I bought) Any one ever done this? Will they fit the size is 17x9?

03 cobra's won't work with lincoln front rotors.

YES! they will work:

Although i did use 5/16" spacers up front, or i heard u can "grind" the rotor hat down to make them work w/out a spacer. There is an article on the grinding somewhere......
