Question about 99 cobra

I am looking at a 99 cobra that is theft recovery, and if it was wrecked it has been fixed and you cant tell it. It has 80,000 miles and I was wondering if 11,000 would be a good price, and do these cars have clutch cable or hydrolic?

theft recovery? yeah i wouldn't pay over 8 or 9 for that. Even if that car was privately owned (no theft recovery) with that mileage that car would only be worth $10k, not a dollar over.

walk away...I got mine on ebay with all the parts listed in my sig. for $11,600. Only work it needed was thermostat, heater core, re-cut the rotors, and balance/rotate the tires. It had 59k miles on it (which aren't actual cause it has 4.10's and no speedo fix).
