question about a 4.6

hey, I have a question about the LINCOLN MARK VIII 1995 with the 4.6 dohc. I got a 1986 with a 5.0 that blew on me and i wanted to see how hard it would be to put it in my car, the guy is selling the whole car for pretty cheap. I know it sounds werid but i would love to do something different into a fox body.
