In muscle mustangs/fast fords 9/04 issue with the notchbacks on the cover, there is an article in there about some guy that did some upgrades on his dark blue GT (page 192). My question is, with a '01 bullitt motor swap, (major mods being) a blower (13psi) and an intercooler how does he put 421hp to the wheels. i wouldnt think that a blower would benefit the 2v motor that much. i would only expect around 360ish hp to the wheels. i figure around 10hp per 1psi boost. so i assume around 230ish at the wheels stock plus 130. Maybe a little more here and there but how the hell 421hp? If i recall some minor mods being MAF and injectors.

my 04GT is making damn close to that with a 13lb blower. the only other mods being plenum and throttle body, injectors and MAF. made 413hp and 409tq. block and heads are untouched and I still have stock headers and cat pipe.

just so you know I'm not using a KB or Vortech either....... I prefer doing it with the blower everyone on here hates!

421hp is far from unbelievable. people make over 360rwhp with an 8lb Vortech and stock intake.
