I got a 95 stang that has a 357 DSS block. the gears are 373's and the cam is a E303. Alright now let me explain what the problem is.... The car has some routy balls but when i get to about 4700rpm the car just hesitates and boggs BUT it shoots right up to 6000-6500 without the car movin faster... When i say boggs, the car just stops accelerating and losses power but the damn rpms just keep shooting up...
Could this have anything to do with the gears, or the cam, or is it just not getting enough fuel(195fuel pump), or???? I dont no i cant figure it out.. At first i thought i just needed a tune up so i got a full tune up. Then I thought the car needed to be tuned so i got it tuned. Neither helped out the problem..
Can somebody please help...

First of all ... Welcome to 94-95 :SNSign:

Please give us a sig showing your mods :)

The first thing I would say is, like was said above, it would be your clutch.

I went to look at what trans you run and could not confirm my
suspicions thus it becomes more difficult to go any farther with my
attempt to try and help you.

Sounds like you got a nice combo so far :D

I understand what your saying but its doing it in the same rpm range everytime. Is it because its in a higher rpm range its slipping. I dont understand why it wouldnt slip when i take off in 2000 or 3000 rpms.

I forgot to tell you something about creating a sig

That list of mods you posted is very detailed and helps for sure :nice:
however
You don't wanna have to do all that every time you ask for help or
input from the other members.

The thing about a sig is :)
In your personal settings ... you can have it appear each time you post ;)
You will get you more replies with your combo info :Word:

You sig could look similar to this :D

95 GT__3550 Trans__3.73's__DSS 357 Windsor__TFS Heads
TFS Intake__E-Cam__75mm TB__80mm Maf__30# Inj's
Shortys__Cat H Pipe__Flows__A9L Pcm__SCT Tune

The little stuff is not necessary
Just the basics are plenty to inform other members about your combo

That keeps everybody from having to ask each time you post
and
Providing a sig could be thought of as ... A Courtesy on your part :)

Just my idea about a helpful sig
so
You do need to do what is best for you :nice:
but
I do suggest you make up a nice sig ;)

Once again ... Welcome to our site :D
