Question about SCT tune

I just got my tuner today and tuned the car, however the shifts and shift points (auto tranny) are now a little too firm/aggressive and the shift points are a little too agressive for my liking. Would it be possible to have BAMA write a tune for my car WITHOUT any tranny changes?
