Ok my TKO is fully broken in now (been like 700 miles). I changed the fluid at 500 miles. When driving around normally it shifts just fine. Goes into every gear nice and smooth, etc. It almost feels like my old T-5. However when I get on it and shift fast it is rather tough to get into gear, especially the 2-3 shift. I need to shift rather hard to get it into gear. I did a test and was cruising doing about 30, put it in nuetral and shifted from 2-3-4-5 while holding the clutch in and moving. It went into each gear with ease when I shifted slow, but when I shifted hard and fast I could definately feel a difference as to how it goes into gear. The faster I shift, the harder it is to get into gear. I can still get it in gear and all I was just curious as to why it does this. Is it just the TKO in general? When I shift fast its like GRRR, GRRR, GRRR compared to the BOP, BOP, BOP of my old T-5 when I shifted fast.
