I saw this on EBAY:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/96-0...ryZ38634QQihZ023QQitemZ360053759303QQtcZphoto

From what I have seen most Aluminum CAI's looks the same. Now i know some people don't like ebay CAI bu this one looks like my BBK CAI but with a K&N filter. I can't see how this kit could be any worse then my BBK. Thoughts?

It would probaly work fine, but chrome holds alot of heat compared to a plastic intake like K&N and JLT.

If you are buying it for looks then go for it, but dont expect a noticable HP gain from any cold air intake by itself.

Yeah I have read that about plastic vs. chrome. I think though if someone is interested in a chrome one from bbk or mach which are over $170 it would be smarter to buy something like this and achieve the same for $90. I have always heard people say that replacing the filter to a K&N filter is just as good as doing the CAI swap and this kit comes with a K&N filter for free so why not

JLT's probably give you 1-4 extra hps but i don't have $200+ to spend on it tight now. The BBK on my car now and got accidentally busted while I was cleaning it

if you still have your stock intake i would reccomend putting that back on with a k&n and remove the silencer. it works just as good as a full cai i promise.
