Question about torquing rockers.

I've already shimmed my rockers appropriately when I installed my heads. Now, after I put the new gaskets on, do I have to follow the crankshaft rotation/sequential tightening since they're already shimmed, or can I just torque them all down to 22-24 lb/ft?
Thanks,

oops, maybe I was misleading....
I only have 1 head off so far, and am removing the other currently. I still have to remove some lugs, header bolts, head bolts, head, clean the block and the heads, then begin the re-install.

So, I don't have to rotate and tighten, then rotate and tighten, rotate and tighten like I had to do while shimming?

If the rockers still have the little metal "pedastals" underneath them then all you need to do is TQ them down. No need to rotate the motor. Keep up the good work. I expect a full report this afternoon.
