Question for Roush owners

Hey guys. I have a quick question. Im putting a Roush Stage III kit with the side exit exhaust on my 03 GT. Im also doing some suspension mods and Im up in the air between the eibach pro-system (prokit springs + pro-damper struts/shocks)and eibach sport-system (sportline springs + struts/shocks). With the sportlines, I'd also get CC plates. Anyway, as for the question I have, Im worried about the sportline drop being too much with the Stage III kit. What do you guys think? I live in Pittsburgh, so of course the roads suck and the last thing I want to do is destroy my investment in a pot hole. My dilemma is I want the biggest possible drop and I want to do it right the first time. I've read plenty of good reviews concerning the quality of ride, cornering, and esthetics of both the prokit and sportline, so the issue of possibly bottoming out inappropriately is going to be the deciding the factor. You can't go wrong w/ the eibach setup. either the pro-kit or sportline will give you the handling you are looking for. just don't go over those potholes at high speeds. slow down!!! i mean, you wanna slow down anyways if you want to take good care of your car. especially with the sportline though, the aggressive drop calls for caution. good luck

Sucky Roads= Pro kit, not Sportline. And get some Tokicos instead of the Eibach struts and shocks. It will be more durable(and ride better too).

dont even bother with the pro dampner shocks and srtuts they suck there just revalved stock chit, get bilstein or at least tokico illunimas but if $$$ isnt an issue bilsteins are the way to go with ANY spring choice you make.

I am in the process of doing the same thing....Stage 3 conversion...If I were you I would go with the Pro-kit...It gives a great drop and doesn't put the $300 exhaust tips that close to the ground....I will warn you though, from what I hear, stay away from speed bumps with that side exhaust....TRUST ME!!!!!

I appreciate the advice. www.shox.com has a set of koni sports with prokit springs for $689. What do you think? Im not sure adjustable shocks/struts will do me much good since I'll never get under there to actually adjust them.

I concur.

Adjustable shocks/struts are cool if you plan on using thme as such. If you truly will not 'adjust' for a weekend race, I'd shift the cash to something you will use.

Can't speak for the Koni set-up, but Eibach springs, Tokicos and Bilsteins are a proven combo for the ROUSH SN 95 platform.
