On the polished tailpipes, is there any writing on what sticks out from under the bumper? Dynomax or anything like that. I am looking for a clean look and don't want any writing on the ends.

If not, anybody know of some brands of cat-back with polished tips that don't have writing on them?

Thanks

Flowmaster. Magnaflow, Borla, and a couple of other cat-backs have writing on their tails, but Dynomax cat-backs do not. I've had three sets of 'em over the years, and none of them have had any writing on them.

They've also been one of the better-fitting cat-backs I've had, as well. I was whining for awhile about the fitment of my cat-back on the '89 notch I had (which is now Frankenstang's), but it turned out that part of it was the crappy UPR X-pipe I had ahead of it (about 1" longer that it should have been) and the longer early-style Pypes Violator mufflers that I'd plugged onto the setup, as well. The Flowmaster cat-back we put on Frankenstang's Capri, however, was a total pain, and the way it came pre-welded and half-assembled didn't allow for any kind of adjustments to be made - it was rubbing the driver's side tire, and one tailpipe is 2" shorter than the other.
