Fox Question on 93 GT paint color?

Hey guys,

Can anyone tell me if this is a original 93 paint color? The Carfax says it has 52k original miles.

I'm waiting to hear back from the dealership so I can get the paint code.

It doesn't look like royal blue or bright blue to me.

Someone's definitely been screwing with that photo to try and make it look 'better'

I've attached what is probably a closer bet to reality..

Too light to be Royal Blue (LA). It is close to Bright blue (KF)

Here's Royal Blue


Here's Bright Blue





If it's original paint, it could be a sun-baked Bright blue. Looks pretty close

I get the impression he hasn't seen the car in person and is relying on someone to send him that info at some point

Never painted a GT with body color lowers that color. However,I had a buddy order a new 93 GT when he came back from Germany. It was emerald green,and he had the dealership paint the lowers the same color.

If you zoom in on the front fender, you can tell there’s a color difference from the fender top and the ground effects.

The lower was probably titanium and has been painted
