question on compression

I know this question has a few variables, but I am looking for a general Idea. I will be building my 408 soon:D It will be over the course of a year or so but still...

I am looking for nasty NA numbers, and was checking out 13.0:1 compression ratio trick flow pistons. With this compression, will I be able to run pump gas(93)

Thanks guys:nice:

To be safe 11:1 or under on 93 octane is where I build most street motors. WIth a 408, 6.2" or 6.25" rod you'll end up with around a 22cc dish piston with a 58cc head. Probe, Diamond and others have shelf pistons that will work....

If you need help let me know ;)
