Does anyone know how these emblems are installed are the car? Is there any alighment holes in the fender? I'm wanting to take them off but can't tell if there are any holes on my fender. They just look like there held on by adhesive. Tanks, Jason

There will be two holes behind the emblems. A buddy of mine started to remove his off his GT and when he saw the holes, he abandoned project

I am buying the "4.6 High Performance" emblems for my fenders to replace the GT ones. I was wondering if these emblems will cover up the holes from the stock ones?

When I removed my emblems to take the car to the shop, I snapped a pic. These are the alignment holes for a 99-04 Mustang.

yes....they will cover up the holes....but you may have to position each one 'slightly' different on each fender...The center of the '4.6' isn't the best place to cover up the holes...it's kinda behind the '.6' part...so each side will be off by about a 1/2"....can't notice it easily though

I just replaced my emblem with these.

They look awesome, way better than the GT emblems. And they cover up the holes.

HOOK'EM! but yeah they covered up the holes no problem and they are a little smaller than the GT emblems. all you need is a blow dryer & a squeege!

Im ln the process of putting the vortech on this week and I found some emblems on ebay that I really like. I guess mr gasket use to make them they just say Blown but they are not the adhesive kind so I dont know how easy they would be to put on. If anyone else has seen these emblems please chime in on an easy way to put them on.
