Okay so I have a 1988 mustang lx with a 5.0HO motor with about 75,000 miles. Right know I have 3.73 gears, bbk longtube headers with bbk h pipe, hurst shifter, bbk cold air intake, and maybe some other little stuff. In a couple of months I plan on building a 347 stroker, but for right know I want to upgrade my stock motor. Would a TFS trackheat upper and lower intake and a ford f303 cam be to much for the stock bottom end? Because when I build the 347 I plan on running the same intake and cam. Please let me know what your opinions are.
All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You'll have no problem with that setup. Your bottom end will easily hold that power.

Another question, with the f303 cam will I have piston the valve clearance issues? If so what is the best way to check this?

I dont have experience with the F-cam but I dont think it has enough lift to cause a problem. Maybe someone can clarify this

Okay and does this seem like a good setup? Like both parts matching the right rpm range and getting the most power out of them as possible with the mods I have? Thanks again for everyones help. Greatly apreciated.
