I ordered on 03/18/05, so far after calling the robot lady I have be serialized on 03/31/05 and have been given a build date of 04/18/05, I got this information for the VOPC by providing my order #. My question is shouldn't I have recieved a VIN 3 also??

You should have a VIN. Try calling your dealer and asking them for your VIN and you should be good to go.
