im having electrical problems with my 92 LX, dash, tail, and marker lights are out. anyway, someone told me today that there is a relay somewhere in the dash that will fix this problem, is this true? and if so, where is it?

No relay.
Did you check fuse 4? If the fuse is fine, ss there power going into the fuse receptacle?
