I have a 95 mustang GT and i was wondering what sensors off of the stock intake will i need to hook on the pvc pipe? and where would i hook them to? im sorry probably sounds retarded but i just dont have money and i need something diff. thanks replies would be appreciated :nice:

IAT sensor, valve cover breather tube.Use a rubber grommet for both, just big enough to fit them in......test fit before drilling holes and put them in basically the factory positions.....

Stock air box will not be used..........clamp the MAF sensor to the 3" PVC pipe with Fernco rubber clamps(Lowes or Home Depot).....you'll have to get a MAF adapter to fit the K&N filter on to the MAF.I believe Mustangs Unlimited has the adapters in plastic or aluminum,$24.95.......use the search function to find pictures of homemade CAI's and that will give you a better idea of what your suppose to do.

:nice: k im looking at this thread that you gave as a link and BlueOvalStangGT said that his total for making the setup was $11.07 how is that possible when you said that the adaptor is $24 , mindboglin lol and im actually using a aftermarket intake pipe off of another kind of car, but using exact same idea as if i was using pvc pipe, not tryin to be a dick but how did this guy make it for 11.07 when the adaptor alone costs $24? thanks for info?

When i made one, i just made 4 holes around the circle flange part of the filter and then put silicone around the MAF and then screwed the MAF to the filter. It looked kinda ghetto but it was hidden in the fender. I didnt like the look so i ended up just buying a nice CAI off ebay.
