quick coolant question

Can I add water wetter AND water pump lubricant(the white milky stuff) and not have any problems with mixing products?

Why would you want to add water pump lubricant?

I see no issues with that. A lot of guys on tracks do this when running straight distilled water. The wetting agent works on its own, plus it is intended to work with a mixture of coolant, which intrinsically has water pump lube.
