I never noticed this before but when you have the car running, are you supposed to hear the fuel pump make a constant humming sound. I hear a faint humming sound while im in my car and when I go the hatch area and lift up the carpet I can def. hear it more.

Sometimes when I turn the key I dont hear the pump prime until i turn the key to the ON position again.
I got a full tank if that matters
Could my pump be going bad. My fuel pump relay clicks twice when I prime the pump
