Quick help.. harmonic balancer retaining bolt.. how to get off?

make sure you pull out the washer, i didnt and i torked that sucker so hard trying to get it off i could hear my motor compressing even with the car in 1st gear it would still turn the wheels. i even streched the bolts on the puller tool and 'Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me'ed the threads really bad haha oh well i rubbed grease on the shinny mettal on the tool and they never knew .

What Rick said, but if for some reason that thing is just so tight take your breaker bar and put it down towards the driveway and just bump the starter. Its a good idea tohave a friend to help either bump the starter or hold the scocket on the bolt (you can use a long screwdriver to push against it. And as 88gt said make sure the large washer is out when using the puller. PS pull coil wire when bumping starter

if you do the breaker bar and starter bump, make sure to take it out of gear (i would probably forget and leave it in gear. LOL). 5th gear has more mechanical advantage than 1st i think.
if you dont have the key on, but touch the push on connector on the solenoid to the battery lug of the solenoid, the car wont start anyways.
good luck.
