If i'm just swapping out stock ones for 1.6s with a new cam do i just need the 3/8" pedestal mount or would i need the stud rockers? For the life of me i can't remember and I'm gonna be ordering them asap.

Oh also, do you think FMS rockers are worth an extra $100? I can get a set of new 1.6 rockers from a company named Proform or i can get the FMS ones for almost exactly $100 more.

Thanks

I have heard bad things about the Proforms, check out the FMS, Scorpion or the Crane Energizer series.

For a stock head set-up you need pedestal mount.. The stock ratio was also 1.6 but was just a stamped steel roller rocker.

Like he said - pedestal mount. Most stud mounts require a larger hole to be drilled in the pedestal to accept the larger stud. I too have read posts from people that weren't fond of their ProForms. No personal experience however.
