quick question...please help....

i just bought a 1993 ranger ext cab for work...i gave $2500...it runs great when warmed up, but has a sluggish start....i thought no problem when i bought it...but after changing the plugs(which the last 4 had traces of oil on them), air filter(which was completely filthy), and cleaning the maf it still wants to start sluggish or gets no gas until its warmed up....any suggestions on it???? could it be the o2 sensors or the distributor???? maybe the injectors??? help please...

fuel filter, throw some fuel cleaner in the tank. the O2s might need to be changed.

Try to figure out why you can't get codes. I'd ohm out the ECT if you can. You also might want to clean the IAC if the cold idle is low.
