Quick question: SOHC to DOHC?

Hello.

Can a SOHC motor (96 4.6L) be converted to DOHC by simply changing heads and intake (If needed) or does the bottom end need to be altered?

there was a thread started earlier today detailing the requirements of a 4V headswap on a 2V engine. its possible but not really worth it. you could just swap in a 4V for roughly the same cost. i'll try to find that link for you. it should be on the same page as this thread.
