quick question

I have a 90-91(i forget) notch 4cyl auto. trans needs help but it does run good. not all banged up either....it would make a great race car. i just dont have the title. Would I be better off selling it as a whole to someone wanting to build a race care or selling it part for part.

it was lost by my next door buddy....and he gave it to me for parts but I dont have the room to keep it around. The car is in his name and he reported the title lost to the state. He has since moved away.
