quick question.

I had my car put in the shop last monday to replace the whole rear end with a rebuilt 8.8. Now I got it back home but i noticed i was going 30mph which is the speed limit. but i was goin 20 with my buddy following me. he said i was going 10 under. what could cause this problem? I never had the problem until the rear end was replaced. Could there be after market gears that iam not aware of? could it be the wrong rear end?

i have the rpm chart for different gears. havent done that yet. how do i tell if it is an 8.8?

Just got my 4.10's in. Followed a friend home...he was doing 40 with me following him, my speedo was reading about 50.

i doubt it would be anything else.. it would take some serious mods to make anything else fit..
