you know what I really hate!? 
when you call a repair shop and same lady always answers the phone.
And as soon as you ask ANY QUESTION about services, of course, she has to give you to one of the guys.
Why don't the guys just answer the phone... IN THE FIRST DAMN PLACE??!?!?!?!?
I mean, why even pay someone like that to answer the phone when she doesn't have a clue on any of the pricing on any of the services. I know, there are alot of businesses out there to where a secretary is necessary, but not a auto repair shop.
I called to find out how much to get my flywheel turned down this morning and this is what I got when she answered. I called last week to find out about machining services for my heads, same thing. The guy I spoke to was readily available and answered immediately after she put me on hold so I know he wasn't busy with someone else.
I may just be venting today because of all the damn rain we're getting which is seriously putting a damper (no pun intended) on my plans to finish the 5 speed swap!!!
