All the advice in the world wouldn't have helped, because if it was a near stock non-z06 you should have raped it. The regular c5 is only 345 horse. You're supposed to know these things if you have a performance vehicle and race it.

id like to compare street-racing related deaths versus deaths at racetracks over the period of oh, ever since the internal combustion engine was created.
then id like to compare the amount of deaths per year from streetracing related accidents, to that of any other automobile related accident.

The difference here, my fellow Pony Rider, is that those that go to the track have all chosen to break the sound barrier (or their necks) in the quarter mile whereas the pedestrians and other drivers on public road X, have not.
