does anybody know who makes a 90* weld in radiator fitting to replace my straight fitting on my upper hose inlet so it will clear my vortech? i have the flexalite 52185 combo and its just too dang thick. i have the complete setup on craigslist and here on the classifieds to see if i can sell it so i can change setups. i have the vortech hose but its not going to clear.

yea i was looking at cutting the inlet fitting out and welding a 16an fitting in but im still so close by the time i get the water outlet 16an and a fitting on each end of the hose and hose i can by a thinner radiator cheaper.

Yeah a -16an is really too small , it is best to run a -20+ or run 2 (16an)...it gets expensive. You could always get a dual pass from Ron Davis with the inlet/outlet on the drivers side, Ive had them make me a few of these custom over the years, a little under $400 my cost.
