Has anyone purchased an aluminum radiator from Dynamic Racing Products?? I am getting ready to buy an aluminum rad and electric fan (Black Magic Xtreme) and I've been looking at different options. I was going to go with the Summit or Jegs brand aluminums for $289, but while flipping through the new 5.0 magazine this weekend I saw an add for DRP showing rad's for $239. I'm all about saving money but I want to see if anyone has any experience with this company and their rad's before I buy one? Any info would be much appreciated!

I just bought a Fluidyne Radiator which is a Direct fit and also goes good with the Black Magic Xtreme Electric fan as you can read other threads with pictures of it if you use the search bar. I paid 363.00 Shipped. You could also maybe try the Granettilli(Not sure if i spelled that right or not) i've heard good things about those also! And the summit radiator i've heard good things about also!

I personally have the Black Magic Electric Fan and my Fluidyne Radiator is being shipped as we speak!

I have bought from dynamic racing products and I have sworn them off for good. it was a horrible experience. I know some people on here have had good experiences with them, but mine was total crap.Once they had my money that sat on the item forever, and got snotty then threatened me with negative feedback when I asked them if the item had shipped. The person who responded to my email went into a long diatribe about how overworked and understaffed they are.

As for the radiator, look up ebay seller dissrad. I got a killer deal on a aluminum radiator. I paid less than $225.00, got it relatively quick, it was a direct fit and works great with my electric fan. I'm not a mechanic by a long shot and I installed it myself with no trouble at all.

I would go with Fluidyne if i was you...I put one in my car last year direct fit and great quality..I bought mine from summit...they will price match so search the web for the cheapest price you can find and call them...i paid 322.46 plus shipping...you might be able to find it cheaper who knows.. their website says 389.95... it may be more than you want to spend but I think you pay for quality...just my opinion...

Thanks to all who replied. I went with the Summit brand rad and Flexilite Black Magic Xtreme Puller fan. I think this should keep my stang cool, at least I hope it does. A friend of mine is running the Summit brand rad and said it works great, so it should be ok I think.

FYI - Summit did price match the Flexilite fan for $289. I found it at strippermotorsports.com for that and Summit was priced at $311. Not a huge price diff but hey, every little bit helps when building a car.

Thanks again for your advice.

i bought an 1 row radiator on e-bay cause i bought a summit brand last year witch got chewed up by my fan...the one on e-bay was cheap so i grabbed it...is a 1 row much diff then a 2 or 3 row??
