Radiator upgrade?

Well of course at the beginning of summer my thermostate gasket leaks and now their is a hole in my radiator and is constantly losing fluid.
The gasket of course a no brainer.
Now the radiator
what are my options
When i replace something I try to replace it with something better then stock
But i wont if my cost out ways my benifit
options-
1. Get a stock replacement for about 100 bucks
2. I heard that the 03 cobras are bigger and a direct replacement. Not sure the pricing on one is, i heard 250-300
3. Aftermarket(which are typically 400+)

Any extra cooling would be nice in this heat down here

I have a fluidyne in mine and it works/fit perfect but like you said it was @$400.00 (thru Steen Racing). I think the 2003/04 Cobra radaitors are about the best for the price, we have them on sale for @$205.00 + shipping and I've sold 12 in the last year and everyone has been happy wth them.

The cobra radiator first came to mind when i thought about replacement

What are the differences in the 03/04 cobra radiator compared to the gt
Im guessing bigger, maybe more cores?

I blew my stock radiator in my '96... Although it is a different fitment than the '03 cobra radiator, I did buy one. It is all aluminum and 3 core. Our stock is thin and has plastic sides that are known to break. Definately worth the money..

1996 is a bastard year, after that 1997 up to 2004 mount-up the same way so for your appt the Cobra radaitor is a drop-in/bolt-in swap.
